How It Works

  • Earn a Free Night: For every seven nights you stay, you earn one free night.
  • Based on Your Stays: Your free night’s value is calculated based on the average cost of the seven nights you stayed, ensuring fairness and real value.
  • Automatic Credits: Your free night is automatically added to your account 72 hours after you check out, so there’s no delay.

Protecting Our Program

FAM Rewards is designed to reward loyal travelers while maintaining fairness and integrity. To protect the program:

  • If a guest performs a chargeback after redeeming a free night, their rewards account may be suspended or terminated.
  • These rules ensure that FAM Rewards remains sustainable and continues to provide exceptional value to all members.

Track Your FAM Rewards

Once you have a Hotel Stay Now account, you are automatically enrolled in FAM Rewards. You can view your rewards, track your free nights, and see your progress anytime by logging into your account and visiting your Rewards Dashboard. If you already have an account, you’re all set — your rewards are ready and waiting!
